Oneness

The Human Genome Project has revealed the Truth; that we are, as far as our DNA goes, 99 percent the same! That one percent 'difference' is our personality, our ego, and subject to our upbringing and cultural variances. In this way, you could say that we are more the same than different- in other words; 'we are one!'
Feelings and words-for want of a better term- are 'energy'- the experiments of Dr. Emoto with water prove the power of words and intentions and how they can effect biology and the structure of life itself. In this way, we share 'energy' with one another. If someone is unbalanced, in fear, and we write or speak angry words to them, their fears will resonate with our words and expand and upset them even more. In this way-we are connected, we are one- so to speak.
Prayer and the sending of healing love works! I can attest beyond a shadow of doubt to this from my own life, recently, because I have gotten to the stage where I can actually feel when someone is sending me healing 'energy.'
It has been stated that we 'choose' our feelings. That is so for the awakened, yes. But, for the un-awakened, it is a matter of not having control, of having 'given up' control of their thoughts and therefore, their emotions control THEM. 'The tail wags the dog' for the un-awakened, and the intentions of others will often control the un-awakened to the point of great distress. We CAN choose brighter thoughts to dwell on and experience Great Peace with practice, patience and perserverance.
Many resist this notion of 'oneness' because of resistance and fears, bigotry, even. A fudamentalist christian may be violently opposed to the notion of being connected in any way to one of a muslim faith. Illusions of fear, nothing more.
In Reality, we are ALL expressions of LIFE, LOVE and only need to face our fears to Real-ise this.
