I am not starting my nutrition plan until Monday because of family things that are happening this weekend.
I will also be getting back to working out (after a 3 week break) starting Saturday (tomorrow).
I am currently 25 years old, although 26 is inching itself closer and closer. I just finished my first 10-day Master Cleanse. Since I have broken my fast (VERY incorrecly, by the way), I have been having binging issues.
I need to get myself together!!
A week before the MC I stopped going to the gym because I was just tired and unmotivated. Until this point I had been religiously working out 5-days a week for several years. I think I have hit an all time low in the motivation and fatigue department and have allowed that to interfere with my workouts.
I will resume working out if it kills me, tomorrow!!
On Monday I will begin my eating plan (I don't want to call it a diet).

Full
Disappointed in myself
Out of control
Tired
Sleepy
