for an exception of today, i am water fasting m-friday then allowing myself to have like propel or powerade water or juice saturday and sunday. then back to water m-f
today i am having juice to help my body adjust again i find this to help me. so i am water fasting tuesday- saturday this week then juice on sunday then staring over monday i plan on this for 3 weeks my longest fast was 18 days then followed by a 5 day juice fast then back to water for 9 more days. fasting helps make me happy relaseing the toxins out . I am going to the work out store to by a rebounder to help detox. i read rebounding helps.
