today went well i lost 3 lbs and i decieded to join the others on the fasting board for a 44 day fast startin on tuesday and i am just doin water onlu.. it will be awesme i can hardly wait anyway i feel great but im realy tired will post more tomorrow visit the page day 2 18 y
day 2 of my juice fast is complete
well today is day 2 of my juice fast, i started sat and sunday is the last day ill have any juice, i am drinking my senna tea on my way to transition over to water only fastt. for 30 days or longer, this time i am so determined. no food thoughts or anything.. im so ready.. here i come on to water visit the page new fast 18 y

My new fast and my final attempt for fasting, is may28..water/green tea fast i dont know why i wont do something for myself to help me feel better put my lupus in remission...why wont i do it , i have everyone to support me, but i just cant do it, i dont like eating, that isnt it, i find my self addictted to coffee.. well i just should do it alread... well i need sometype of goal maybe go shopping or something.. visit the page day 1 18 y

today is day one offically ..of my water fast ...my journey will last very long not sure how long ...anyway im off to the races i will have water and 1-2 cups of green tea per day .. visit the page MArch 28 18 y

I am preping for my fast. which will start april 1st untill then i am only drinking juice.. sweet huh..anyway will post as time goes on visit the page New fast 18 y

well i failed m last fast , no reason why i wasnt hungry, just somehow broke it, i think i just forgot i was fasting and did it without thinking, so i am attempting again 3-28-05, i will be doin only water and i will not stop untill i get my lupus into remission visit the page |
