I'm doing a two day raw food diet to prep for a 3 or 4 day water/juice fast, to promote a healthier body & try to kick start a complete lifestyle change (and hopefully lose weight too). I wish you all the best on your fast. I've started & stopped so many times before, but don't beat yourself up if you screw up. You've still got a chance to change. I hope I don't sound pretentious or anything. I'm the last person to give advice, but I know how much I need support and reassurance when I'm attempting to do these kinds of things, so I just want to tell you that I'm pulling for you. One thing that helps me is that I stay up very very late & sleep into early afternoon. It seems that makes the days easier to handle, since I'm not up so early. I don't have too much of a problem at night. It's usually the afternoon time where I get into trouble, but since I don't feel the urge to eat right after waking up, I wouldn't really be getting into anything until about 5:00 or so. By 10:00, I'm past the meal-cravings. Maybe you should think about your best times & try to arrange your sleeping schedule for minimum food-cravings. Just a thought. Good luck again!
