My new fast and my final attempt for fasting, is may28..water/green tea fast i dont know why i wont do something for myself to help me feel better put my lupus in remission...why wont i do it , i have everyone to support me, but i just cant do it, i dont like eating, that isnt it, i find my self addictted to coffee.. well i just should do it alread... well i need sometype of goal maybe go shopping or something..
