Night before day one!
Brink of starting Master Cleanse
Date: 10/6/2005 11:55:15 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 2372 times Wow! We are excited to be on the brink of this new adventure! My husband, Ron, and I are going to start day one of the Master Cleanse, otherwise known as the Lemonade Diet, tomorrow. He actually is starting tonight as he works the night shift so he'll be a few hours ahead of me. We normally eat really well anyway, probably falling off the wagon a lot less than most Americans do. It's tough, isn't it? We have also done several liver flushes. Ron does his about once a month and I try to do one every 14 days. I have done three to date and Ron has done 5. He has gotten a total of 538 stones out and I have gotten rid of 1175 so far. It was totally shocking! The need for cleaning out actually started when Ron's lab work came back with very high levels of AST and ALT, which shows liver function. The MD wanted to send him for an ultrasound, which he did, and also wanted to do a liver biopsy, which he didn't do. He said he'd do anything that didn't involve sticking a huge needle into his liver. This is how we discovered Curezone. After researching the net we came upon this sight and were so grateful to find an alternative to the hospital for this problem he was having. After two more years of blood tests and chlorestorol checks everything is completely normal. He has also fought high chlorestorol levels since he was in his early 20's. No more. Yeah! We think everyone should do liver flushes. On another post I'll explain what has happened in the past with my health in case that helps anyone else out there who may be going thru something similar. Oh, my husband is 42 years old, 6ft tall and now 179 pounds.. he was over 200 before he started cleaning up his liver right at 2 years ago. I'm 40, 5'7'' and 159 pounds. I've lost 17 so far after weaning our baby and cleaning up my diet, taking herbs and doing liver flushes. This has taken about 2 months. I hope to lose another 20, which would be a dream come true. I've saved all my old clothes that I love from over 10 years ago....yes, I will wear them again! OK, for the details...we have lemons, celtic salt, cayenne pepper, senna tea, and Grade B Maple syrup stockpiled and lots of filtered water. Today I only ate raw vegetables and fruit in order to prime my system for what's coming. I may do a liver flush this weekend to start it off. I'm a little leary of getting too weak as the last one hit me kind of hard for some reason. Maybe I got rid of a lot of poisons, who knows. I hate to miss a beat, though. Anyway, I'll decide tomorrow morning. We have a very active two year old so I'm a little cautious about being able to keep up with him. That's one of the whole reasons for doing this program, though. I want to be enegetic and the epitomy of health for my beautiful little boy. I want to avoid diabetes and cancer and try to get rid of the arthritis and fibromyalgia that bother me. I'm signing off to finish my last salad before I call it a night.
