How Am I Doing?
Overall, I feel strong, focused, and more confident.

I am doing really well mentally and physically. I am hungry though. Hunger washes over me at least twice a day. When this happens I feel like a wild instinctual part of myself is going to force me to jump onto the table and scarf down the contents of my daughters food. Or when she sweetly holds her corn up for me to have a bite--watch out, I might turn into a mama lion! But those are only moments. Most of the time I am not concerned with being hungry. Most of the time I am focused on other things. It is only during meal times in my home that I struggle for a while (which is understandable I guess).
Overall, I feel strong, focused, and more confident.
