This is a question of the ages... 

 Well lets all start with what we know for a fact(s)...

God placed within each of us a natural desire to be sexually interested in the opposite sex.... {Let not get off on the homosexual thing.... We will not be going there on this trip folks... That is a trip down a one way street... DUH!!} 

We will be looking at what is the norm....   What  appears in the natural realm of life... Some odd and unusual items will not be discussed here and now...  Maybe in the future... Our desire here is to search for the how and why of the opposite human sexua| attraction.. Then we will seek reasons for the bond(s).... 

I believe that everyone is on board about this sexua| attraction of the opposite sex ; folks... It is in the genes... HUH!!   So we will move to the how and why....  The female / woman has the built in urge to mate or become preganent... She seeks certain qualities in a suitable male...  This starts with the appeal of the male body, shape, or form...  There are certain things that they desire... This is the physical appeal...

The male / man has the similar attraction of the female body, while not necessarily the urge to procreate or have children... So we find that the big difference is that the female wants and desires to become pregnant; thus seeks an appropriate male.... While the male is usually drawn into this scenario of reproduction... 

The female is looking for a protector / provider in the male role...  While the male will fill this role it is with some reservations, ladies...  Not that he will not do it and even become very good at it....  Its just that it was not high on the male mind set... So now you ladies see why many men hold on to sports, and other outdoor actives and such things; which allow them to have a duel function...  Provider and partisans in the games of life...   

Men are generally quite happy with their role as provider and protector of the clan...  So don't get too wound up ladies; it is just human nature.....  

 BTW I am a man...

So what we have seen is that there is a grand theme at play here; we really can't help what happens, it is more how we play the game, and with whom that really counts...

As I have said "Cute doesn't really count"  it helps but the actual sexual relations is a question of  "who and why" not  the " where and when"....  Think on it for a while...  The result is the necessary continuation of the species... HUH!!
