There are times when we all; get slapped in the face with the DUH factor...  Things we have done which we should have known better about...  I think sometimes it happens almost daily, for me.... Yesterday was a fine example...

We need to try and read {not read into} other peoples feelings...  This is difficult epically if you are male and over forty...  I seem to stumble thru live sometimes, thinking I am the best thing since sliced bread....  Of course you all know the answer to that... DUH... 

I never know why but at times, I seem to hurt people's feelings....  It almost always seems to be some of the women closest in my life....  Many be it is just a man thing...  Maybe it is just that I do not understand emotions and how they play out in epically womens lives every day...  I am crass; and stupid  and yes,  I admit it!! For those who may read this if I offended you I am sorry...  Would not have done it if I had known better...  Thanks...

Well enough of my personal views, you did not come to hear about my poor life's problems...  So on to some general views of life and the DUH factor(s).. We have all seen in almost all the car ads, and some housing now;  with the $thousands in rebates...  Many people run down and 95% finance their new car/home; taking that $ big rebate back in cash...  What is happening here folks, free money??  DUH...  The stuff is over priced and the rebate is telling you that...  Because if they could.... They would keep the money, all of it... DUH..   Don't fall for this ploy, give the money back , plow it into the product, don't take the money and run...  It will cost you... Did you know that most of the big Auto makers, get a bigger profit from your finance than they do from the car.....
