What we have found in past lessons, is that you can expect improvement directly to the amount of time and effort you exert following the Better Brain Program... If you do not participate then you will not be able to get much reward...   This is a key for your life, as well as your brain...  Do you notice the link??  Why is it there, and how do you think it will effect you??  This is home work folks if you do not get it in class.. 

Now the next item is to broaden your horizan(s)....  This requires you to read, watch, learn and listen to more varied things in your life...  Here is where many people get lost...  We are not talking about anything....  Lets look at some specifics:

1) Read arterials on how things function...   i.e. Cars, computers, electricity, chemistry, and mechanics....  You do not need to become an engineer, just understand how they work...  

2) Study people and interpersonal realtionships...  i.e. History, geography, historical novels, biographies....   This will show how people have changed and interacted over time...

3) Begin to search the scriptures for the evidence of of GOD in your life....   Prayer and personal meditation, will lead you to a better understanding of the keys to the Kingdom of THE ALMIGHTY GOD....  Once you have the keys to THE KINGDOM! From then on you will decide each situation in your life based on whether it  is a true kingdom question...  This is the key to understanding where you will spend ETERNITY....  Where will you spend ETERNITY?? 

 That should be  the ultimate DUH question....  

Do you see the big picture now?? It requires you to be alert and know what is a kingdom question or not...  Those things are the key, to your life...  You must be prepared to study and react to prevent having a DUH day....  Learn to limit the DUH factors in your life...  Then you will be on the correct road or pathway to life....
