This is just a test for me to see if I have really figured out how to set up this blog? I wonder once I create this maserpiece how I will view it? After all the years of keeping journals, to get up at 5:00am to share my thoughts with others is quite a concept!!
I am thinking constantly about building my web-site and what the focus will be.
All raw, mostly raw? Juicing of course. Keeping your focus in a city that is cooked (food that is). People look at you with a deer in the headlight stare when you say you are a raw "foodie." This is especially true living in this area, remembering when I lived in Maine this was not so or Oregon this was not so. This has to be with all the sunshine one of the most perscription drug ladden areas I have ever been in.
Now I could look at this as a challenge it certainly is for me personally. If, as they say there is no reason we shouldn't live to be a 150 what is the age or stage of life to reverse all the wordly damage? Is it all their lifestyle? Most people down here were company or corporate affiliated all their life. Is that why so many give unquestionable powere to the doctor?
Am I out of step because I want control of my life: to explore all issues, especially health issues?
Remembering when I couldn't afford health insurance and once I quailfied for medi-care i swear I could find more things wrong with me. I was like a kid in a candy store running from doctor to the next. Thinking I was missing something, I must have something wrong with me, how can that be?
I laugh because when I filled out the HEALTH questionnaire the page would be empty except for name: address, etc,
I have had a lifetime of exploration, what I know the answers are in the food we eat where it come from (soil) what has been done to it all in the name of progess, convience, and corporate mergers.
I wonder is my spelling has to be checked. Not this am.
