I hear you. I think I was having some sort of an early morning guilt or craving attack---I am not sure which. Normally, I don't think much about meat,except if I go to New York, which I am going to do in a couple of weeks. The kicker in all this is I am a raw foodie and I am going to take some classes in raw food recipe development, which I am really excited about. And I do raw food transition training for people wanting to lose weight or just get healthy or both. You know--living is about progress not perfection, and if I wake up on a Monday morning remembering all the steaks I have loved and want to share my longings and my decisions as to why I stopped eating beef or any animal products, then isn't it great to have a place to voice your feelings?
