Day 3

Date: 4/2/2005 8:06:42 PM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 1778 times It's Day 3 and not much to report. I was going to post last night when I got home from dancing but I was too tired...it was about 2:15 AM. So, I took a shower, drank my senna tea and went to bed at 3AM. The party was fun, the club was cool and I had a really good time dancing. I had no problem drinking spring water all night, i've done that many times. I did bring four servings of the "limeade" with me and drank half of it on the way and the other half on the way home. My BF did end up going alhtough he got a little annoying at one segment of the evening when he claimed the music was too repetitious. At first I felt a little mad then I just said to myself, nope, i'm just gonna keep on dancing. And I did.
As far as today is concerend, I woke up with cramps at 7AM. I figured with all I felt going on in my intestines I was ready for a big elimination of gunk. Nope. How anti-climactic. So, I did my salt water flush (from hereon referred to as SWF) and proceeded to squirt water out of my butt for a while. From here on out you can just assume that when I do the SWF the trips to the bathroom come a short time after. Then I went back to bed for 2 hours. I sleep so good on this cleansing!
I did another tarot reading today. Again, the client said I was "right on." I'm looking forward to doing more readings.
I'm not really hungry, if I feel some hunger coming on I just have another glass of the stuff. I'm not feeling particularly euphoric today, like I was a bit yesterday. Maybe because I was up until 3AM. I going to bed at like 10PM tonight.
Oh,, I tried an enema today. I think I did pretty well. Got most of the bag of sea salt/baking soda water solution in, I'd say about 4/6ths. Did a shoulder stand and did the counter clockwise rubbing on my tummy. Felt refreshed when it was over. Nothing much came out though, but it is only day 3.
I don't think I've lost any weight. In general, I'd like to lose about 8 lbs but I know I will eventually because I started running a couple weeks ago and I do yoga at least 5 times a week.
