This will take some time, so stop back to see what we have discovered or presented....

First should be an assessment of who you are...  Each of us is a unique individual, who have special talents.... We should find and develop these so that we can better serve not only ourselves, but the needs of others...  Do you know what talents you have??  If not now would be a good time to stop, and reflect on your life...  Take note of those things that come easy to you and that you are good at...  

We are not talking about body functions and or support items; like eating, sleeping, engaging in sexua| actives,  belching or other such....  We are looking for the things in life that you do well...  Some people draw, others write, some cook, others garden, some sew, others play music, some craft well, others can preform, some swim or run well,  others are quick and strong... or whatever...  You get the picture, if you are confused we need to talk... So no matter what you are good at, learn to use your talents to not only better yourself but those around you.... 

Thus this reason people do things, from the famous classic movie about the 1924 Olympics  "Chariots of Fire" {This is a must see} when ask why he ran so well  Eric Liddell, answered "Because GOD made me fast..." 

That should be the reason you do whatever, you do well;  using  the talents GOD gave you....
