Mental Health:Apple Cider Vinegar 14 y
Five years later, I still believe apple cider vinegar should be added to what we do to help us maintain optimal physical and mental health.
Drugs never make a condition go away but they sometimes treat symptoms that allow the chemically imbalanced mind and body to continue work, go to school and participate in life... but the cost to one’s physical health and mental health is often chronic illnesses.
Many mental and physical health conditions are probably caused by genetic predispositions that make those with those pre-dispositions more sensitive to certain stimuli such as drugs, alcohol, foods, heavy metals and other pollutants we absorb, ingest and breathe in. 85 children may all take a course of 25-35 vaccines and only 1 ... read more

Apples Fight Breast Cancer 15 y
An apple a day may not only keep the doctor away -- new research shows that it may specifically be helpful in protecting against breast cancer.

Apples Fight Breast Cancer
At Cornell University’s department of food science and Institute for Comparative and Environmental Toxicology, researchers randomly divided rats treated with a known mammary carcinogen into different groups, feeding them either low, middle or high doses of Red Delicious apple extracts (the equivalent of one, three and six apples a day in humans, respectively) or a control extract. Rats fed the strongest apple extract experienced the lowest cancer rate (40% developed cancer)... followed by the group fed middle-strength ... read more

Fly Relief
If anyone has problems with flies in the barn (or anywhere for that matter), try filling a quart jar with this mixture.
3 cups of water
¼ (one quarter) cup sugar
¼ (one quarter) cup white vinegar
Mix, punch holes in the lid (large enough for the fly to crawl thru), and set it where needed.
I set this just outside our horse stall and chicken coop.
I now have a jar 1/2 full of dead flies and they keep crawling in!
It’s crazy I tell ya!

Apple Cider Vinegar Aftershave Recip
Aftershave is a must-have for most men, but that doesn’t mean it has to be a must-buy. Here’s how to make your own aftershave at home:
What You Need:

What You Do:
Fill an empty bottle or container with equal parts apple cider vinegar and water. Shake to blend. Then, splash on your face after shaving just as you would with any other aftershave.
Why This Works:

ACV Removes Warts 17 y
For For years I have had warts on my hand. I have tried the usual over the counter products like the medicated Band-Aids and over the counter freezing methods. None of these methods worked for me.
After giving up on over the counter products I searched the web and for natural alternatives to get rid of my warts. I saw apple cider vinegar mentioned on more then one site with lots of testimonials about how well it removed warts so I decided to give it a try.
All you need for this treatment is a bottle of apple cider vinegar, cotton balls, and Band-Aid or tape. Simply dip the cotton ball in the vinegar then place it over the wart. Use a Band-Aid or tape to hold the cotton ball in place. Instead of a cotton ball you could also use make-up sponges or the head of q-tips. Duct tape ... read more
