I have suffered from sinus infection for over twenty years. I always thought that I had allergies and congestion that ended in sinus infection. Then, I realized that my sinus congestion was due to acid reflux. I started reading on uses for ACV and started drinking it first thing in the morning. First try, I had ACV with water, but I kept reading about it and a woman recommended drinking it with cranberry juice so I gave it a try and it tasted much better. I am on my second week of taking ACV with cranberry juice and my sinus has stopped. I had a lot of mucus coming out and I have no sneezes and no running nose. I used to have constant running nose for years. Believe me, I have tried everything from foods that caused allergies and inflammation and nothing worked, but ACV worked right away. I also hear that it has other benefits to health so I will continue drinking it as a morning start. I only do a teaspoon with cranberry juice and it works wonders.
