End of Day 6
Cruising down the home stretch...kinda!
Date: 3/26/2005 1:12:55 AM ( 20 y ) ... viewed 1981 times I never thought I would make it to this point where I have no hunger at night, or any time during the day. But!! It's gone. The hunger, I mean. Poof! I was around food and wine all night and it didn't phase me.
My body has rewarded me with a blemish on my face. That is the last of any skin issues. Aside from this one spot on my face, I am crystal clear in my complexion. Tongue is almost pink all over. A few aches, but nothing major. I can't even tell if I am sore from the Cleanse or sore from working out. Am rested and calm and centered.
Still euphoric. Still up. I was a little toooo up tonight. No idea why. Am so tempted to go longer than 10 days. Am thin though. I wore pants tonight that I haven't worn since last Friday when they were so tight I couldn't button them. Tonight they were slipping off my bottom. I can see it in my face too (thinner). It's noticeable. Friends noticed all night. So, can I go longer and not lose weight? A good question. I really want to experience more on this Cleanse, but am not into losing a single ounce more. I may ask on the board.
Hmmm, there are worse problems out there in the world. And on that note, I am off to bed.
