Morning of Day 10

Isn't this suppossed to be getting harder?

Okay, I am surprised that this is going so well, but I don't want to speak too soon. My rashes have cleared up. Yeah. They really were pretty creepy looking. I've been waking on my own right before the sun rises. Starting to convince me that there is an internal clock. Dreams have been interesting. Last night I dreamt that there were cats living in my house with us...not just any cats, the BIG cats, cheetahs, panthers, lions,cougars. Interesting. Will have to investigate the meaning behind it. Have weaned away from TV and music. Have found that lyrics without meaning irritate the heck out of me and of course I have a 14 year old who loves current music. Coating of the tongue continues, have been using a tongue scraper and that helps. Have to be careful brushing teeth because if a bit of toothpaste remains and I happen to swallow it, nausea comes. I have had some instances of nausea, but if I drink a bit of water, it subsides. Weight loss continues. No huge spiritual breakthroughs... yet.
