Wedding Dress Wonders and Noreaster Woes
a little this and that

It's a fourteen (I'm a twelve) and the dress is being shipped from the manufacturer at the end of April. I no longer care about getting down to a particular size. The saleslady asked if I've been on a diet *LOL* Well sort of :-) I've started going to a bikram yoga studio. The bikram yoga has me seriously evaluating my dietary reality and my goals. I've reviewed my blogpost on the documentary Breakthough and am really wanting to dial in my diet and purify my body. It's no longer about the wedding dress. It's kinda like Lance Armstrong's book Not About the Bike *LOL* Right now, as my diet stands, it's about fifty to sixty percent raw foods. I still drink coffee, but yesterday I had one cup of half-caf. I had the same today.
My bike was stolen from the train station but thankfully my tax refund will help me get a new one. I find myself getting more into activities than thinking about eating. I know that focusing too much on food is bad for a food addict/emotional overeater. I was just telling my sister that I've completely lost my taste for meat. Aside from ethical issues, I have no desire for it. I look at it and it reminds me of a dead corpse which is what meat is, to me anyway. I don't know how that happened.
Tomorrow a huge snowstorm is supposed to hit New York. Good. That means I'll not go to Starbucks in the morning. Yesterday I made it eight hours without coffee. I have issues with fasting and don't seem to have much discipline in that area. I'm going to address this in my other blog 'Heal Thyself'. I've not been very sick in my life but my goal is to have my womb in prime childbearing condition. My period is late and a long period concerns me with respect to womb health and healing. If it's going to snow as hard as they say, I'll have all day to read through Sacred Woman and watch the Breakthrough documentary again.
