New Strategy
New Approach to Space Clearing.

My energy has been coming and going during the day,
but picking up toward the late afternoon.
I am seeing a connection between Abandonment feelings
and Broken Dreams.
A person who feels abandoned will be running their energy
in a certain way.
A person who feels abandoned will abandon dreams before
they come to completion.
A person who abandons dreams will give up at a certain time.
The Living Space will become filled with the Old Projects
that are imcomplete.
When, a person takes on letting go of the old dreams or
messing in the mess of that energy, that broken feelings will come up.
For me, this makes me want to run for a place of comfort--
a woman's arms.
My mother was my place of comfort.
I do believe it is possible to reconnect this broken patterns.
I believe there are many ways to approach this.
The healing needs to come from an energetic place, not just
a split off mind place that attempts to control the emotions.
I believe that when the physical baggage is removed,
the emotional issues will come up.
The very act of letting go of the physical can move the energy
to a place of healing.
I am experimenting with that now.
Yesterday, I started to move almost everything out of my bedroom.
I cleared most of the things underneath the bed before.
I had lots of supplement bottles...this for that...this for this...
pieces....
Dr. Jensen used supplements at times....they are now the rage.
We imagine that pieces of this or that can inspire our wholeness.
I am sure there is a appropriate use of supplements, but Jensen
used them mainly to give us a boost so we would be inspired to do the
right thing in the first place.
That right thing had to do with Nature contact with the natural elements
and movement.
The Soul is reflected in nature.
I am turning a new leaf as far as letting go of things in my bedroom.
I wanted been frustrated for the longest time by all the things in here.
I am moving everything out so I can feel a difference in the energy
flow.
This is giving space to clean and dust and work with a microfibre
and uplifting oils.
I am shifting between the Value of Empty Open Space to the thing that
was in the Space.
I am feeling I can breath better.
This is the first step of some signifigant healing for me.
I am also allowing more support to come to me.
Last night Kathy came over. Angelene, Kathy and I layed
on my bed watching "Curb Your Enthusiasm." That felt good.
Kathy was reading some of Christin Hummel's work on Space Clearing.
There is a plastic containing I am committed to empty
before I go to my dentist appointment.
I am leaving in 30 minutes.
