The sun is going down already.
I retyped the Testimonials for
"Rekindling of Faith." Putting them
here for safekeeping.
Paying bills...Paying bills...
feel possessed to pay bills that
would have been more timely paid
before November ended.
Called two sponsors...
One was a reminder for a check promised.
He said he mailed it.
Squeezing out funds coming in
for self-esteem sake.
Cold, cold, weather cold.
layers.
Wanting to get closure on things
so I can shift into the Shabbat
and a deeper space to bring out
some more copies of "Rekindling of
Faith" for the class I will be teaching
on Sunday as part of a Jewish Day of Learning
with Rabbi Wayne Dosick.
Hard to shift out of this worldly mode.
Can I count on the EG Mobile to start
when I need it this weekend?
Can I count on it to take me up to Wayne's
on Sunday????
It would not start when I wanted to pull
away from Twin Soul/Best Friend's house
last Saturday. It was starting fine ten starts
before that, and ten after that. What
is going on here?
Looked for the battery jumper.
Frustration. It turned up, thanks
to Scott, who stored it somewhere than
where it sits. The plug to charge it?
No where to be found. Call the company.
They do not make that model anymore...
but the tester light works, so maybe
Manny, Moe, and Jack down at Pepboys
has a charger part. The company says
it is not expected to work more than
six years, so buy another one...or do
I want to pay for the charger for $35.00??
Cables...carry battery cables...
get a new jumper, just in case...
do what I can do to control it not starting.
Paid out $45.00 for a jump last Saturday.
He used a similar jumper to what I had.
Learn...learn how to jump it myself...
can I? Will my arms go into that tight battery
spot???
1. Go to Pepboys...first...
Go to Michael's first and mail off old stuff?
Will I be able to start from there?
FM? Food?
I am hungry.
binders....for copies...do I have to buy more,
or are there some in the basement????
What do do first.
What can I trust?

“Come my friends, let us make no more walls and fences.
Close your eyes. Hold hands. Let’s make Peace through asking, listening, and affirming the Enchanted Garden on earth that exists deep, deep, within us. May we open our eyes to peace as well, use gardening tools to uplift each other, spades to confirm peace visibly before us.”
--Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener
ABOUT REKINDLING OF FAITH
“Leslie has breathed life into physical pain and rejection.
He speaks for those who suffer, entrapped by silent blocked emotions. His gift is to evoke within each reader
both the joyful and the painful memories of the past. In so doing, Leslie brings to his audiences the light of understanding and the cure of forgiveness. Rekindling
of Faith is a psalm that absorbs some of life’s suffering
for all of us.” --Paul Brenner, author, Hospice movement
pioneer.
“Urban Shaman, Leslie Goldman, communes with God
in his Magic Garden, coaxing healing form herbs and plants
and writes verse blossoms that lift the heart, touch the soul
and somehow gladden the wounded spirit weeping in us.”:
--Rabbi Zalman M. Schacter-Shalomi, grandfather,
Jewish Renewal movement.
“When I hear you, I hear the prophets, their words
their teachings, their passion, flowing through you,
speaking through you. You, you are not their mouthpiece.
You are their mouth, a living wholly human person. Your
words, your poems, intuitively, inherently speak an old
new voice from deep within our tradition and our faith.
You have your very personal dialogue with God,
and touch the deeply personal in each of us.”
--Rabbi Stan Levy, Rabbi B’nai Horin Community.
“May we each become hardeners tilling the soil
of Leslie’s sweet dream.” --Rabbi Wayne Dosick,
author, Rabbi Elijah Minyan
“Thank you for keeping us focused on the essential.”--
Jack Canfield, EEO, Chicken Soul for the Soul Enterprises, Inc.
“We can’t afford to have anyone think they are disabled.:
This book helps.” --Mark Victor Hansen, Chicken Soup
for Soul, Co-author
“Thank you for lessons learned from all of her creations,
from the carvings o the canyon walls to everything in the compost pile.” --William Spear, Fortunate Blessings Foundation.
“When the Messiah comes, Leslie will be his M.C..!”
--Rabbi Schlomo Carlebach, ‘83
“Let us make our entire miraculous planet one Enchanted Garden.” --Robert Muller, U.N., Assistant
Secretary General, ‘82

10:15 am THE SACRED ART OF CALLI-DZIGN
Genine Orah Rainbeau Heart
The Sacred Art of Calli-Dzign is a meditative process that takes
simple, elegant, and fascinating physical form. Engage your
creativity, integrate your brain hemispheres, Eastern and
Western counting and dating systems, Jewish and secular worlds,
images and impressions, while you practice patience and peace-
fullness. We will be using two rules: 1) we share 2) the world goes
‘round. Two hands and two simple tools - paper and pen - and
make magic happen.
Please bring your own calligraphy style cartridge, India ink, or felt-
tip pen.
11:30 am WHO AND WHERE IS GOD?
Colette Schulmann
Our distress and lack of harmony come from living in exile from
our real self, that is the divinity within us. I believe it is
because we are psychologically “chained” just like the prisoners in
Plato’s cave who mistake the shadows on the wall for reality. To reclaim that
divinity, to feel connected to God, we need to get control of, focus,
and activate our thought processes. God is at our door very eager to
enter into our life and produce miracles.

1:30 pm HOW TO WRITE YOUR OWN HAGGADAH
Joseph Oppenheimer
The Seder, the most observed Jewish event for many, can be made
exciting, meaningful, and informative for young and old, for
individuals without much Jewish background, and for the inter-
married. The secret is a personalized Haggadah that combines
traditional elements with contemporary and relevant thoughts and
readings, and offers opportunity for meaningful discussion.
Instructor will provide helpful handouts, and display samples.
2:45 pm V’AHAVTAH: MEDITATION FOR OPENING YOUR HEART
Dr. Linda Elyad
“You shall love your G*d with all your heart, with all your soul, with
all your strength.” We will deepen our ability to do this through a
focused meditation, using music, deep relaxation, spiritual prepa-
ration, introspection, and concentration. As my Rebbe, Shlomo Carlebach
used to say, “Open your hearts, brothers and sisters!”
