What's with Craigslist?
Craigslist, where I list for new housemate,
is not working...

Beat myself up yesterday
for not being able to update
my ad for a new housemate.
Still feeling feelings about
two of the best housemates
I have had moving out.
There is another couple who may be interested.
The woman is coming over at 3.
I need to hold my ground.
This is not a time to succumb to taking in a rental
that is not appropriate.
This is a time to do deeper
deeper
deeper
and resurrect and build the deeper structures
that will allow this community home
to be more of what it can be.
It is either this, or be open to some
radical shift of personally living elsewhere.
I cannot conceive of that right now.
To DO:
Good ad on craigslist.
Experiment with higher rent structures.
Create the most beautiful gallery of photos
as well as reality check for how high rents I can
have here.
Explore with the bank what is the lowest mortgage
I could have without radically raising rents.
See what kind of support I can get from the Indepependent
living people regarding the help I need when I get stuck
with figuring out finances.
Diversify!!! Spend time on this... and keep my other
Choosing Life Projects moving along.....
Be in places where I can read and sell
The Seven Love Cures.
Take advantage of the invite to meet with
a publisher tomorrow that has been extended
by a new friend.
