How to release anxiety.
I feel better now.

More things have been coming at me that I can handle
and all at once.
I was feeling anxiety about the calling out for
changes at the house regarding my co-partner
wanting money out.
What would I do?
I am not into leaving my home.
I am not into having all the anxiety I am feeling
inside myself. IT is interfering with my capacity
to move along my other Life Giving Projects.
There is a deadline today for the loan that was offered
from the bank.
I called Her.
She was preoccupied with some other major
projects regardling having a whole county
which from using pesticides to organic stuff on their grounds.
She had her hands full.
She did not have time to talk.
We stayed on the phone a few minutes.
I told her I was feel anxiety.
She said, she realized we had to talk
and that she was did not mean for this to be causing anxiety.
She said she had been waiting for many years for me
to become the successful author and buy the place.
There was a little laugh.
She realized she did now what to do.
Nothing is going to happen today.
Today is Today. Now is Now
and there are some important things I need to do
that will be uplifting.
I will take organic steps to follow what is being
said internallly to secure my relationship foundation
both with Sanda, and inside myself.
I will continue to communicate
and stay open, and use my healing gifts
to heal me and lessen my anxiety levels.
Speak honestly.
Speak out to those who care for us,
is a healing gift.
We are each surrounded with Soul Allies
who are born to participate in the uplifting of all humanity
starting with ourselves.
Stay open. Stay in the game of communicating.
Trust.
Lessen your anxiety by continuing to communicate.
