Heart Prayer #1
Here's a Healing Prayer...
Allow me to say "Yes" to my own Love...
Date: 2/10/2006 3:01:55 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 860 times I have been Blessed with a rare and special
gift in the last week.
A woman who moves me deeply
has withdrawn her physical affection.
The gift in this is that
I have chosen to make of this experience
an opportunity for Soul Growth
and moving on with my Dreams.
It is an incredible gift
when we allow ourselves to be
vulnerable to another person,
in a sense to allow them
to be dangerous to the stasis
that can overcome any of us.
In my feelings of discomfort
I went to my own bookshelf
and and pulled out
a book I wrote back in 1992
called "Prayers to Mend the Heart."
Here is one of the poems from that
book. I see where I am going to learn
how to put this book out this year as an Ebook
and sell it on Ebay.
So many of us, need these words
at the times when we feel the brokenness
that inspired breakthroughs toward
more and more wholeness.

Assurance is
Re-Entering
My Life Now
Oh Soul Divine,
may I in this moment find increased solace.
Through my courage to touch
the brokenness inside,
let assurance in my self increase.
Allow me to say "Yes" to my own Love,
while I honor every inner voice of denial
that screams out "No."
Give me the gift of more and more peace.
Help me fill my deep inner longing
with what I have now.
I am receiving what I need to serve my growth
as a Living Soul now.
