This is a day for expressing withholds
and forgiveness, maybe even justing
writing them and not sending them.

I am in a most vulnerable place right now.
Yesterday I was shopping at Whole Foods
and I was feeling so much generative
energy from all the beautiful women, so many of them
on a path of self care and taking the steps they can
to be intimate with themselves and others.
I was having pain with how isolated I was feeling
from life and what it feels like to be one with all.
I know that if you read these two blogs i
gave you today, and take in the words,
you can lose some weight, or heal a
breast cancer, or maybe help your heart
from dying from shutting down.
I once met a woman named Stella Togo Crawley
who wrote a book called "In Honor of Women."
I let her print "Because She is a Woman,"
one of The Seven Love Cures.
I am so good at being a Salesman for God.
Normally, I would be 100 hundred miles from home
right now pitching Soul Juices on this the
afternoon before the eve of what is called the Yom Kippur.
The Day of Atonement.
I am feeling so vulnerable right now,
so deeply vulnerable.
I could be out pitching environmental Juice this weekend
at the Bioneers in San Rafael, but you know I don't know
if I have the juice to go out on the road right now.
I want to feel these isolating feelings
and take a few baby steps toward making peace
between the Pitchman and the Person in Here
who is in shock that I live in such a world that can
so easily bring up the pain that is inside me.
I don't want to take advantage of one of the sweetest
women in the world, who happens to be my best friend
by sending so much love her way when she has
has her hands full just finding the way to love herself
with her own love.
I am so grateful with how much love she does share
which is so very, very much!!!!
i wrote a letter to my best friend withsome withholds
and askings forgiveness this morning, but I have not
mailed it yet.

She knows all she needs to know on the soul level.
I have heard what she has to tell me.
She doesn't have to yell it out.
I am just being with it all and with me today.
She has enough to do and be, and I honor her very
much to have other things on her mind other than
me. If she calls, she knows where I am.
She means well. She is such a very good
woman, such a very good friend and teacher for me
of what I want to know about myself now.
It is so sweet we can all connect and be sensitive.
i just want you to know i understand and accept you
and I am accepting me.

so go for it, or take time to feel where you are at
on this Day of At-ONE-Ment.
