Heading to Dare?
Heading for Dare'?
Rides needed back and forth.

Two Choices:
Go home in the Sunday AM
and be with my FM friends
and start catching up
Or stay up here and go to the Dare?
What will I get the deepest growth
and challenge myself the most?
It's a toss up.
I do need to start the cleanup.
I have the bee problem still uncoming...
and the Pacific Symposium November 3-6
and helpers are needed for that.
But the weakest area of my life that
needs to be shored up is connecting the power
and inspiration I feel in my inner worlds with
their expression in this world.
Relationship work is both my strongest suite
and my weakest link.
I affirm I will create a seemless flow this new year
and go through my Narrow places regarding this.
I will likely go to the Dare
and will need rides back and forth to WLA.
I want to bring the Dare to SD.
I want Deena's support with this.
I will bring the Holy Water to Dare',
the water of ZamZam.

Just a reminder that our next Dare' is on Sunday, OCTOBER 9, 2005 at Deena and
Michael's home in Topanga.
We begin to gather at noon with silent meditation for those who wish to join
us, followed by work in small groups.
We will begin to call spirit about 1 p.m. or so, depending on the needs of
those meeting after meditation. We will call Spirit using drums, voice,
movement and silence, leading to whatever healing work is called forth by those
present.
We break for food and conviviality, followed by Council at about 3 or 3:30 p.m.
Council is where the community coheres by sitting with a question, seeing what
stories of personal experience are called forth by the wisdom of the circle.
We break again for more food and conviviality before meeting in a Dream Circle
at about 6:30 or 7 p.m. We end the evening at 9 p.m. by cleaning up and
restoring Deena and Michael's home.
Please remember that Dare' is a fragrance-free zone and refrain from using any
scented or perfumed products, including essential oils or aroma therapy
products. Some of our members have compromised immune systems and/or
respiratory problems or environmental illness. A small gesture of consideration
on our part will ensure that they can be part of the community without
suffering from exposure to these scented products.
Dare' is pot luck and we ask people to bring substantial, and where possible,
organic food that will take anywhere from 40 to 80 people through two meals.
Please do not bring dips, or items with eggs or mayonnaise in them because of
the potential for spoilage in the summer-fall heat. Non-alcoholic beverages are
also welcome.
For further information and/or directions please contact Danelia Wild at 310-
358-6469 or 310-815-1060 (e-mail dwild4deena@comcast.net) or call Carol
Sheppard at 310-455-1999.
