The Power of Limits
The Power of Limits...

I ever discovered that feng shui
was a spiritual philosophy that
would give taking out the garbage
a divine purpose,
I admired a book called
The Power of Limits.
In kabbalah, loveingkindness--Chesed
balances with Gevurah--setting Limits.
Gevurah has always been a struggle for me.

I have had hip replacements.
I have difficutly taking a stand on anything.
i lean toward the feminine though the male
private parts function quite well with the opposite sex.
I like flow.
i have had to accept that most things said
will not stand up tomorrow,
but the eternal truths behind them are what count.
the main truth is: what am i being asked to learn
and how am i responsible or this?
It is a lesson to not hold on.
To know that the chaff is burned and the seed
goes on to create a new form, be it in relationship
or life itself.
The key is of course, letting go without
losing faith. The key is clearing out the
garbage that is still in your body that goes
back 40-50 years, through gardening tools
you have now. The key is staying open to
what is next and being willing to be be mystified
that love lost may be love found and there is no
telling what the form or who the messenger.
It's all about flow...and this means feng shui...
inside and outside...including down to the way
I compost.....and the kind of worms that live
in my garden.
The key is continuing to trust even though
what a person says today may be based on a deeper truth
tomorrow, or they may not remember, more shoudl you
hold on to what was said.
How does a person find continuity and rhythm
when they believe such things?
David Bohm defines consciousness as
the unbroken wholeness in flowing movement.
That is how I define the Enchanted Garden as well.
The key is...not only is the Enchanted Garden
a Model for emerging consciousness,
it is also a practical reality that can be witnessed
through seeds that flower and fruit,
and the evolution of a woman's heart
as she learns again to trust the earth
to support her.
I am in a time of reworking the nature of where I live
and how to succeed living here.
This begins through exploring the pain and stuckness.

The Power of Limits--
it starts with enjoying a clear and clean bed not used
as an extra desk.
It begins with taking out the garbage
and letting things and at the same time
holding on to love.
Difficult lessons.
Timely concerns.
