I met the Founder of this Alliance on Saturday.
She organized a day called,
"Health & Healing from Nature's Bounty'
that was held
at Tierra Miguel Foundation Farm and CSA
The day was organized by Wiep de Vries.
She had other teachers, who were all interested
in BioDynamic Foods, Gardening, etc.

Wiep de Vries, founder of the LAAC, is a registered nurse, massage therapist
and health educator from the Netherlands. She trained in Family
Constellation Work and has been teaching home healthcare workshops for
parents and health professionals throughout Southern California since 1993.

Dr. Barnes, a native of Britain, is married to a Californian. Together they
share a family of three. He is a long time student of healing methods that

Dr. Gary Erkfritz has been a practicing chiropractor and nutritionist since
1967. He has studied and taught many of the most effective techniques for
structural, biochemical and mental/emotional treatment. He has been
specializing in allergy-related conditions since 1997. He is currently an

Dr. Erkfritz specializes in
allergy-related conditions, including allergy-related autistic spectrum,
ADHD, arthritis, auto-immune disorders. His modalities include N.A.E.T.,
J.M.T., nutrition and homeopathy. Their office also provides ancillary
services including Brain Gym, neurofeedback, classical homeopathy,
cranio-sacral, energy psychology and massage.

Truus is the founder of the Center for the Art of Living has as its purpose
to foster intercultural bridge building, and has a sister organization in
South Africa that supports work with children in the townships. Has founded
many Waldorf schools in South Africa. Is author of two books and is writing
a third book on the schools in the townships. Truus has worked with children
for over 40 years as a curative eurythmist. She teaches Eurythmy at various
Waldorf schools and offers also private sessions. Eurythmy exercises the
soul. It builds up a quality of will, which will last through life. In
Eurythmy lessons children learn to implement the feeling for rhythm
(poetical, musical), into their actions, to engage in intricate mathematical
and other patterns, and to express their total self in their gestures, all
leading towards the enhancement of social skills in the class and in life.

Linde Farmer R.N.
BIOGRAPHY Linde Farmer, RN, trained in Germany, specializing in therapies
for the vocal cords and respiratory system, which involved movement, sound
and breath work. In the U.S. she trained as a psychiatric nurse, and worked
in hospital settings. Confronted with burn-out syndrome, she found how
nutrition played a leading role in her recovery. Linde continues to work
with nutrition, exploring fermentation of vegetables, and cooking methods to
preserve the medicinal value of foods. Her new project is to teach children
how to garden and cook for good health. Growing up with my hunter, fisherman father, nature was always respected and valued especially for its healing potential in roots and herbs.
