Discovered the republic-of-Lakotah site in my search for: "free lakota bank"district after hearing Anna Von Reitz (in a live stream event out of Texas in a gathering for "The Republic of Texas Congressional Session") mention that the Lakotah bank district included five states. I wanted to see if California was included on that district.
