Energy Crisis...Part One
a few thoughts on my energy crisis
Date: 10/12/2017 4:48:49 AM ( 7 y ) ... viewed 1296 times Good morning beautiful people...I had my session with my spiritual teacher yesterday where I spent a good amount of time dissecting my energy crisis two weeks ago.
Nice to know it wasn't just me. But here's what happened in a nutshell... a combo of not eating enough grounding animal protein, detoxing a lot of spiritual diseases and old junk and also...a supplement that contains huperzine A. I was also leaking energy as well and fighting off a lot of spiritual entities present at work.
I believe working three 12hr shifts in a row contributed to breaking down my system. I didn't choose that. I was scheduled that way and I'd not wish three 12hrs shifts in on anyone LOL... I knew I was severely spiritually depleated when my hands sucked into my dan tien and also how my hands stuck together sometimes and I'd feel exhausted after some chi gong sessions.
I have more stories coming. Time to get ready for work. I'm going to use some of the protection techniques he recommended in our chat.
