Transformational Sessions
The great work of personal transformation can be very well supported with both aura-to-aura sessions as well as with written reports.

An Individual with an undefined Spleen Center who is also interested in being healthy needs to be completely familiar with the limitations and sensitivity of having an undefined Spleen Center. A good friend whom I've been working with for several years has an undefined Spleen Center. I just complied a twelve-page description of the an undefined Spleen Center especially with my friend in mind.

October 12, 2018 - Centers -
The place to start in your introduction to your Human Design is with understanding your nine Human Design Centers. For this you'll need to view your Human Design BodyGraph. In the BodyGraph you will see nine geometric shapes that are either colored or white. "Colored centers operate in a consistent, knowable manner throughout life and are most likely familar to you. ... On the other hand, the centers that are white represent the unfamiliar or intense territory, where the world comes in with myriad variations, where everything always changes, where you're generally insecure and therefore wish for security and construct your defenses."[2]

The Solar Plexus Center is the most powerful human design center. It is one of four "motors" (with the other three being the Heart Center, the Sacral Center and the Root Center). This is the emotional center and it generates emotional waves that go from hope to pain.

November 7, 2018 - Underscoring "The Most Powerful Human Design Center" -
"... When you have a reaction to something in your life, there are chemicals that are created. If you let that period continue for hours or days then that turns into a mood. If that develops for weeks or months it develops into a temperament. If that goes for years on end, that’s called a personality trait. So (children) develop their personality trait based on their emotional conditions in their life. ..."[4]

I know (and have known) a number of adults who have/had fixed "personality traits" that began as "a reaction to something" in their childhood".

September 19, 2017 - Clearing Dyads -
Seven parts to clear an issue regarding a specific relationship once a relationship is identified (i.e. relationship with parent, child, partner, boss, teacher, doctor, etc.) The first part is a question: "Are you willing now to reach a state of clear regarding your relationship with _________? The next four parts are in a traditional Dyad format being with: "Tell me something about _____." The next two parts are questions about one's willingness to forgive self and other.
Clearing Dyads work great in an aura-to-aura session. They can also work in a conference call program (like Zoom or whatever kind of online conference call the Individual has access to).

May 24, 2018 - Hexagram "Line 4" in Human Design Gate 20 -
"Recognition and awareness that can only be transformed into action in cooperation with those who have the ability to act upon the understanding."[1]

I've noted this "Line" description to underscore the fact that transformation is a mind renewing process that can begin with "recognition and awareness". Earlier today the thought came to me regarding "he that hath an ear" and now the above quoted description of the current Sun transit in "20" underscores the connection wherein lies the ability/willingness "to be aware" and "to recognize".
