Nullifying The Federal Prohibition Against Raw Milk
Where in the "Parallel Table of Authority" and published in the Federal Register does a verified positive Law actually exist that is applicable to Living Men and Women and prohibiting them from selling raw milk across Sate lines?

Such good news (and good initiatives(i) deserve greater public awareness.
I can imagine a mini-"news cast" that presents these items on video for people to play and especially for all those who may be multitasking through the rush of their day.

(i) really great to hear Rep. Massie speak in terms of "trade between peaceful farmers and willing consumers." "Trade" is the Unalienable Right of all the American people - wherever they may live and with whomever they please. "Commerce" is what takes place between corporations. The proprietary-basis for Lawful governmental jurisdiction applies to corporations because incorporation and the business they conduct is a priviledge granted by government. Our Right to trade is not a government privilege and therefore not subject to governmental regulation or enforcement. Whatever the fate of "The Interstate Milk Freedom Act HR 5410 " may be - the FDA needs to be served a "No Trespassing" Notice and Demand![3]

January 15, 2020 - Is the Federal Regulation that Apparently Prohibits Interstate Commerce of Raw Milk Positive Law? -
Comment posted at the Raw Milk Institute:
Is "The FDA’s ban on interstate raw milk" (that this article links to) also listed in the "Parallel Table of Authority" and published in the Federal Register where they have to be published by law (or they are not valid positive law regulations applicable to the living men and women in the states of the union)? If so and if there are enforcement regulations authorized by Congress that accompany this then please present them.[2]

The States are sovereign. The Federal government is limited in its jurisdiction. The Federal jurisdiction is proprietary based. That is most evident in the Organic Laws. If State sovereignty needs to be expressed by way of State laws then so be it. It may be that eventually the people will also come to realize the written Organic Law limitations that have been set "in stone" upon the federal government and that it never had intrastate jurisdiction in the first place.
"BOSTON, Mass. (March 15, 2016) – An agriculture bill that would expand raw milk sales in the state passed an important joint committee last week. Passage of the bill into law would facilitate the process of nullifying the federal prohibition scheme in practice."[1]
