Day 31 of My 60 Day Water Fast
Another Day Another 2:00 AM Wake Up!
Date: 6/23/2015 5:01:34 AM ( 9 y ) ... viewed 599 times Yes, I woke again at 2:00 AM PST. I really really wish I could stay asleep longer. I think it's the loneliness. I have a feeling, besides for needing to poo, that I'm going to have an easy day. I can't wait for weigh-in on Thursday.
Last night, the hike really did "a body good." A little sweating really helps take the edge off. I have a short week this week. I'm done at noon on Thursday. Oh I have a birthday party to go to Wednesday. I'm just going to drop off the present, since it's at a restaurant and I don't want to be the one only having water. So far it hasn't been too hard in the social department- only because I'm not too active, since the breakup just happened like 33 days ago.
Next week, will be awkward to be on a WATER ONLY Fast while dating. We'll see. By that time, I'll only have about 25 days to go, so I'm just going to tell guys I'm doing a 21 day cleanse and leave it at that. At work I prepare meals so that's not the hard part. The hard part is that if we get serious and I spend a good amount of time with one person- that they will be eating meals alone for a couple plus weeks. Oh well, I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
