Date: 6/16/2015 3:05:04 PM ( 9 y ) ... viewed 409 times I think I had it too easy there for awhile. It seems so hard lately. Before it was really only hard on the days I was off, but now even at work I feel the pain of being on a water fast.
Water tastes sickening. It's not helping. I noticed awhile back that I don't drink much water at all. I'm not really ever thirsty. Just in general I was never one to drink much fluid. Yuck I hate the water!!! I wish I could sleep until it was over. Is it supposed to get harder? Depending on how much weight I lose by the 40th day, I might switch to a mix of juice and water for the last 20 days. I'm worried about this true hunger thing. Can true hunger return even if you are 40lbs overweight?
Does anyone know about true hunger? Can I be feeling true hunger and still be this overweight? Why does water taste so gross?
