"In order to remain active all day without feeling tired, it is essential to take a moment to relax from time to time. But just two or three times is not enough… Ten, fifteen or twenty times a day, you must stop the relentless inner movement, so that you can be recharged with new energy. And you only need a minute each time. Wherever you are, when you have a moment, ... Call on the light, concentrate on a colour, say a formula… Then you will resume your activity with renewed strength and enthusiasm and clearer ideas.":

For the past week or so I have adopted a contemplation that Richard Rudd, author of Gene Keys, had suggested for the Golden Path community and after a couple days of doing the contemplation for at least three minutes - every three hours I decided to go for hourly intervals. I found a remarkable and enduring "recharge" right within the very first day of hourly contemplations. So I can positively agree with the above quoted message that about fifteen times a day you deserve your recharge. Whether you "concentrate", contemplate or meditate is up to you as any one of these three approaches will serve the same purpose for you!
And now that I think of this I realize that Richard gives the highest acknowledgement of Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov as a "great Rishi who has guided the upper reaches of (his) awareness for many years" and that I first became aware of Omraam through this acknowledgement! And now that I see his message suggestions I can't help but think that Richard probably was influenced by this same or similar message in his suggestion.
