New Spiritual/Healing Practice

I've started a new, simple, quick and easy spiritual healing practice just a few days ago that helps put a smile on my face. You may want to try it for yourself!

Whenever I go into my bathroom during the day/night, I look in the mirror, smile at myself, look deeply into my own eyes, and say, three times, "I love and accept myself just as I am!" Saying this makes my heart smile.

I also started doing this with people I've had challenges with. If I have a photo of the person I say it to the photo of them, if no photo is available, I close my eyes and imagine their face before me. Say, "I love and accept (full name) just as you are!" 3 times--really really helps dissipate any uncomfortable feelings one may have towards others.
