my water diet experience.......

Anyways woke up this morning feeling happy that I managed to get through a day without food.....

Day 2)

Anyways woke up this morning feeling happy that I managed to get through a day without food. Had a cup of tea and at work I drank 6 glasess fo water but started feeling dizzy around lunch time. I cant afford to mess up at work as my brain needs to be functional so i decided to buy 4 cucumbers. I cut one up and ate it. They are low in calories and mostly water. I dont want to fall ill as well so i did the best thing there.

My vision seems bit blurred, my head hurts today (did not yesterday),I have been feeling small pangs of pain in my arm so far but nothing major. I have also now finished my 8 glasses of water....jeez i tell ya, if u drink too much too soon, ir makes u feel dizzy and thats not good so cant rush to drink water, Will be pacing myself with that from now. Anyways thats all for now............oh btw I have not weighed myself but will do so after I get through tomorrow............wish me luck!!


Day 3)

Woke up with tea as usual. I think I should try to have a glass of water to begin my day, and then have tea. Checked myself in mirror and wow!! my waist is a bit smaller, my face less puffy and I am going to look gorgeous soon lol, joke!

OK as I have to go to work, I need my brain to be functional as well as myself. I decided to buy a whole load of cucumbers and a jar of black olives so when I get hungry, I can snack on that. Now that is really low fat. I have been a bit naughty as I put low fat salad dressing on it because it tasted sooooooo bland. This should not change anything cos it wont cause weight gain for me as it is all I eat, and plus with the amount of water I am drinking, it gets flushed out quickly. Cucumber is also mostly water. Hehe look at me having to justify myself.

Anyway, it helps me get through the day and I don’t get stomach cramps or hunger pangs much. It feels as if my body has already adapted to food deprivation, I don’t know!

I will also add that I sleep quite well at night and wake up earlier than usual, prolly around 5am. Anyway until tomorrow!!


Day 4)

I dont know how I am managing to get through this with very little side-effects.

When I got out of bed my legs felt bit weak, but that passed quickly. I have just drank my last glass of water so thats 8 completed. Also getting bit of headaches of and on throughout the day. My body is definately getting smaller. I will post a pic of me on here as to how AWFUL my body looked just before I started this, and I will post regular pics to show my progress.

It feels great when you wake in the morning knowing you got through another day, I just love that...its like a great achievement for me to not have eaten proper food for this duration so far.

I have had 3 helpings of cucumnber and olives today and that it for the day now. will update you guys tomorow
