water diet
Today I felt slightly weak, so I had a cuppa soup. I know I am meant to have water only, but I do not what to not listen to my body when it speaks to me. Away from that I have had a pretty normal day.
One thing I notice is that my heartbeat seems to be beating harder/faster adn that is a bit scary. I will book a doctor appointment to get that checked out. I dont fancy dying while doing this challenge hehe.
Drinking water is quite easy to do now and I can easily get throught 8 glasses.

Anyways woke up this morning feeling happy that I managed to get through a day without food.....

Anyways woke up this morning feeling happy that I managed to get through a day without food. Had a cup of tea and at work I drank 6 glasess fo water but started feeling dizzy around lunch time. I cant afford to mess up at work as my brain needs to be functional so i decided to buy 4 cucumbers. I cut one up and ate it. They are low in calories and mostly water. I dont want to fall ill as well so i did the best thing there.

So I started my water diet on 26th May 2014. I need to loose a whole lotta weight!.
I am starting this blog to keep me inline for this big challenge I am carrying out. It is big for me as its my first time.14 days is a looooong time to just have water....mummy!!
