7 to 14 day water diet...a daily log!
So I started my water diet on 26th May 2014. I need to loose a whole lotta weight!.
Date: 5/28/2014 5:12:38 PM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 704 times I am starting this blog to keep me inline for this big challenge I am carrying out. It is big for me as its my first time.14 days is a looooong time to just have water....mummy!!
So I started my water diet on 26th May 2014. I need to loose a whole lotta weight!.
I currently weigh 13 stones, (for anyone outside uk thats roughly 182 pounds ( well so the converter on google tells me anyway, and my height is 5ft 5ins, (sorry dont know how many ,metres that is).
DAY 1)
This morning so far I had a cup of tea (no sugar,but a drop of milk) to start my day. I am currently on my 4th glass of water. My stomach has been talking to me a bit but when that happens I drink more water and it seems to help and somehow curbs the hunger. I am not massively as hungry as I thought I would be. I cannot wait to get through this day cos i will feel hugely proud of myself by not eating for a whole day..........cant wait to see all this weight drop off. Guys if u read this, please keep me encouraged as I am determined to do this.Thanks for reading and will keep you posted on a daily basis.
update.........cant say I have felt physically affected today...drinking all that water (8 glasses) was the hardest bit for me so far....see u guys tomorrow.....
