Starting out juice fasting/feasting, then doing some water fasting.
Date: 1/6/2014 6:08:35 AM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 867 times My starting weight is around 250ish, so I am looking to lose half of that and be around 125. I'm 5'6.
Struggled with depression most of my life, at one point I just started over eating and didn't care that I was getting fat - due to the extreme apathy that comes with depression, you just don't care.
Now I'm feeling better, OK - not on top of the world - but OK and want to take back my life and get rid of this "depression weight" I had gained. I still have dark moments but overall feeling just OK.
So, I'm curious and would like to see if juice and water fasting and then following a low fat vegan diet can cure the predisposition I seem to have towards depression.
And trying to get this fat suit off as fast as I can, it's like a daily reminder to me of all the years wasted/taken by depression and apathy.
