Dr. Andrew Weil M.D. has been a speaker at the Pacific Symposium. Each year advanced thinking is offered at this most inspiring event. I introduced Dr. Bernard Jensen when he was a keynote at the Pacific Symposium many years ago. I stayed on to serve this yearly event with Plant Your Dream Installations, bringing a plant presence to the event and adding to the ceremonial content.
This series also dovetails with the Fortnight of Seed Freedom October 2-16, that culminates with World Food Day October 16 of each year.

INTRO
I don't want a repeat of the health storm I had in 2013 during my
2014 Enchanted Garden Campaign Season.
I am still pulling myself up from the devastating lack of confidence as well as the residues of fear and nightmares that came with kidney stones, jaw trauma, and oral surgery. On top of this, I had two months out in winter 2013 with flu-like symptoms.
I want to take some time here to thank Paul Stamets. I met paul at the Natural Product Expo West. I was introduced to Paul by Mark Bluemthal, a pioneer who is building a bridge between traditional herbalism and the use of herbs in the 21st Century.
Paul is a true Real Food Seed Hero.
I heard him speak, and consider his book "Mycellium Running," a total eye opener to the significant role that the fungi Kingdom plays in building up our internal as well as external flora.
It was the use of MyCommunity, one of the Fungi Perfecti Herb combinations, as well as a little known herb supplement, MyVita Minerals that I attribute some amazing improvement in my IBS syndrome.

The Pacific Symposium is also a yearly contact for me with some of the great minds at the forefront of developing and educating about Traditional Chinese Medicine through their supplements. The first and foremost objective of any water purification system is to remove the highest amount and widest variety of contaminants from water. Period.
The worst high-risk tap water contaminants we face are fluoride, heavy metals, disinfection byproducts (DBP’s), radionuclides (from the nuclear accidents), prescription and illegal drugs (EDC’s) and personal care products (PCPP’s).
There are only two technologies capable of removing all of these: Reverse Osmosis with activated carbon and distillation with activated carbon. That’s it! Everything else is a compromise. Everything else only eliminates a part of the water contamination problem.

ROBERT SLOVAK AND THE WORK OF QUINTON
Robert Slovak is also the driving force behind keeping the work of Rene Quinton Alive. René Quinton (1866–1925), also named French Darwin, was a naturalist, physiologist and biologist. Quinton was an international hero in France, who had health clinics that featured a simple yet powerful product now called Original Quinton Marine Plasma.
