Challenging My Fears...i did it and won!

It is harvest time for me. I am writing about my harvest.

Leslie, That's me, at the Pond at the Frey Vineyard, September 15, 2013. I was scheduled to fly and return to San Diego September 13 without a visit to the Frey Biodynamic Farm. I could not see going this close and not returning to this nature paradise I had to get there. I did it. How?
For months, I was paralyzed with fear to take the EG Mobile, my 68 VW Van, to the National Heirloom Expo 2013. I head was overcome with a split. One day I was in the EG Mobile prepping her to go, and then the next moment, I realized that I had bought a plane ticket to Santa Rosa and had already made my decision to fly.
Every day was a nightmare.
I could not imagine what I would teach in my class.
I spent weeks and weeks preparing materials, but still could not see it.
I was also scheduled to see teach the kids, the second day of the show. I could not see it what I would teach. I had lost my capacity to spontaneously engage with kids. This was my Ace in the deck.
This immense fear was precipitated by months of health storm, some of it fear induced. I believe this is the basis of kidney stones.
I could not see flying as planned. I would have left at 4 am from San Diego September 9. I was scheduled to teach at 1 pm the following day. I had too many details in between.
How did I get there?
How did it all come out?
That is the story I want to write as part of a chapter for my book,
"Grow A Healthier Pizza."
Bottomline, I find a way to get there that worked!

This is one of the stories. It is my story, a journey of Rekindling of Faith.

Amino...activ is my anti-inflammatory of choice
I used it numbers of times a day to enable me to drive 1700 or more miles to The National Heirloom Expo. I get cramps without it when I drive.
