10 day water fast day 1
Day one of water fasting.
Date: 3/23/2013 9:41:48 AM ( 11 y ) ... viewed 9697 times It's the morning of my first day. It's about 4:20am and its raining outside!
Guess I should take it as an omen from the heavens that I just so randomly choose to do a water fast!
Last nights dinner wasn't probably the best way to start a fast but for me it sure as heck was...except that I didn't get to eat ice cream....lol.
Dinner:
I had 6oz rib eye, noodles, rice, and peas and corn.
Unsweetened iced tea
Earlier in the day I took my son to watch "The Croods"-pretty good movie! I loved it...not your average cartoon flick. Not so clichéd.
We snuck in our lunch.
Cheese burger and fries from L and L barbecue.
And Kona Red Jamba Juice.
Surprisingly we didn't eat popcorn with butter.
Yes I know this isn't the healthiest diet. And no wonder I'm about 40lbs over weight, my face is pimply and I can barely run 2miles.
Today should be "easy" as I'm pulling my 10hr double at work. I'm a massage therapist. And Saturdays I'm pretty busy, so I won't have a lot of down time to think and ponder about food. Thank goodness, because its our usual "taco Saturdays" in the cafeteria.
And how I love to make burritos.
Geez it's way to early to be talking about food. I can feel my stomach wanting me to stuff it with some banana and oatmeal....lol
So here goes day 1 of 10
