10 day water fast day 1 11 y
Day one of water fasting.
It’s the morning of my first day. It’s about 4:20am and its raining outside!
Guess I should take it as an omen from the heavens that I just so randomly choose to do a water fast!
Last nights dinner wasn’t probably the best way to start a fast but for me it sure as heck was...except that I didn’t get to eat ice cream....lol.
Dinner:
I had 6oz rib eye, noodles, rice, and peas and corn.
Unsweetened iced tea
Earlier in the day I took my son to watch ”The Croods”-pretty good movie! I loved it...not your average cartoon flick. Not so clichéd.
We snuck in our lunch.
