doing a low fat vegan diet instead

I'm on a budget and so it will be mostly beans, potatoes, frozen greens and vegetables, some apples and bananas and exercising.
I would like to see if the "easy" weight comes of first. Then if so, fast to lose the last hard 20-40 pounds through fasting. I have about 80 lbs to lose.
