doing a low fat vegan diet instead
Going to try to eat the way I would after the fast before the fast.
I’m on a budget and so it will be mostly beans, potatoes, frozen greens and vegetables, some apples and bananas and exercising.
I would like to see if the ”easy” weight comes of first. Then if so, fast to lose the last hard 20-40 pounds through fasting. I have about 80 lbs to lose. visit the page

It’s around the evening of day 1. Slept most of the day. Woke up with strong cravings for food but resisted. Feel fine now, not really any appetite. Have plenty of energy now I am looking for things to do. Had some diarrhea after drinking a diet coke. Not going to drink that again. Trying to ease into just water but having water with lemon juice concentrate in it for now. visit the page

starting my fast now, but tomorrow will be counted as day 1
my stomach feels funny, maybe I shouldn’t of ate, but anyhow, I’ll give fasting another go.

over and hour into day 1 11 y
feel heavy and bloated right now
having caffeinated beverages today and maybe tomorrow only to stimulate food out of my system. I can’t fast feeling congested, maybe I will take a laxative to speed it up.
Then I will move into doing just water or lemon water.

Practice living in the moment and fasting 11 y
So hopefully this fast will be a boost of self control I need and help center me.
My health and life have spiraled out of control, want to fast at least a week to pull myself back in the center of things and slow down and go back down the right path, health wise and mentally.
Do some mindfulness exercises to help center myself and slow down.
I don’t mean manic when I say out of control it’s more like I am just getting sloppy and sluggish and zapped of life and things are crumbling around me making me feel out of control and unhappy.
