Day 7 - I feel sick and hungover. Is it because I cheated??

Would eating during my fast make me sick?!

7.30am and I feel so nauseous. Think I might actually vomit and have diaharrea. Can only guess that it's because I fasted for 5 solid days then ate a small cheeseburger (Burger King: 300 calories) and a chicken salad (Wagamamas: 800 calories) plus 2 diet cokes yesterday. I am really not making excuses but I was out of the house and on the go all day yesterday whereas I had been resting day 1-5 and last night we had a babysitter (extremely rare) and myself and my husband were able to go out for a meal. I tried to pick what I thought was the healthiest option with few carbs in the salad but couldn't believe the calorie count. In a way though I'm glad to have such feelings of disgust/disappointment where usually I'd just think this was a green light to binge now and the fast wasn't working for me.

So feeling sick will hopefully motivate me to rest and begin fasting again. Though this is technically day one again I shall continue to post as day 7 as this slip is all part of my water fast experience and I've never even gone this far before. Really want to continue it as well.....so so so disappointed :(

Weigh in to follow a bit later when the rest of the house are awake so I dont disturb anyone....bet I've put on loads :(
