Began water fasting yesterday...day 2 and I'm tired....
Down 5 pounds...

Day 2 and its 1pm in the UK. I am exhausted. Feel weak when I get up so I'm just taking it easy and lazy today...
4.30pm and I've slept all afternoon!! I am exhausted!! Can't be drinking enough water either.. Really hungry now too! Going to go and weigh myself for motivation!!
7pm UK time and I have diaharrea. Sorry-tmi. Actually quite motivational as it feels like My body is having a good clear out. Weight right now: 103kg-down another pound :) hunger has subsided since I started drinking more water this evening.
Starting weight: 232 pounds/105.5kg
Today's weight: 103.3kg (16 stone 3.5) -5lb
Target 1: Get to 215 - my pre-pregnancy weight- 2011
Target 2: Get to 192 - my weight summer 2010
Target 3: Get to 173 - my pre-wedding diet weight 2009
Target 4: Get to 154 - my healthy weight in 2008
