Day 6 and 7 Day 6 and 7 Didnt get to post yesterday, so am updating on 2 days today. Both days have been pretty straightforward, my hunger has more or less gone now (although i do have the odd craving now and then) but all in all im feeling fine :) I didnt lose any weight yesterday and stayed at 12.04, but dropped a pound this morning so am now down to 12.03 will update again tomorrow.
